At EM Prints, we make sure your custom t-shirts get to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:
Processing Time
- Standard Orders: Most orders are printed and packed within 3–5 business days.
- Bulk or Complex Orders: Larger runs or specialty prints may take a little longer — we’ll confirm expected timeframes when you place your order.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (NZ-wide).
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available).
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination — usually 7–14 business days.
Delivery Information
- All orders are shipped with tracking, and you’ll receive updates once your package is on the way.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout to avoid delays.
- If you need your order by a specific date, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Local Pickup
Based in Auckland? You can choose free local pickup from our workshop. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Delays & Issues
While we work hard to ensure on-time delivery, delays may sometimes happen due to courier networks or high demand. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch and we’ll help track it down.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
